Ways to cook mi goreng #01

I originally wanted to write a few ways to cook mi goreng, but I stumbled across the lack of ingredient I could find in my kitchen. So I’ll just write the simplest way I could think of for now.

Pizzamie

I honestly don’t know what to call this, but since it looks like a mini pizza, let’s just call it that.

Step 1. Make your mi goreng like you usually do.

Step 2. While waiting for your mi goreng being cooked, crack an egg to an empty cup and mix well.

Step 3. After your mi goreng is done, pour all the egg into mi goreng’s cup, and mix well.

Step 4. Prepare your frying pan, put a bit of oil and heat it up. Wait until it seems to reach a good temperature to cook.

Step 5. Pour all the noodles, flatten the surface so it would make a round shape. Wait about a minute or two, and flip it up-side down. Wait another one or two minutes until it gets brownish.

Step 6. Your pizzamie is ready.

Enjoy.

P.S: This is a common way to cook your mi goreng specially for poor university students. Widely known in Indonesia.

I’ll try to write more of mi goreng later on when I get the chance and ingredients.
